Most agencies take three weeks because they build from scratch every time. We don't — we own our software and deploy from our own templates. Here is exactly what happens, and exactly what we need from you.
One note on payment: OpenX24 is the trading name of Servolia LLC (Wyoming, USA), which processes every charge — so Stripe’s checkout page and your bank statement both show Servolia, not OpenX24. Same company, same team, same order.
The only four things we need
Gather these before you start and your clock begins immediately. This is the whole of your effort.
What you sell
Products with prices and photos, or a list of the services you offer. A spreadsheet is fine. A messy one is fine too.
Your branding
Logo and colours if you have them. If you don't, say so — we'll pick something clean and you can change it later.
Access
Your domain and your Shopify account, if you already have them. If you don't, we'll create them with you.

We confirm the plan in writing
You get a short message listing exactly what we're building, what it costs, and when it will be live. If anything's missing we ask once, clearly, rather than drip-feeding questions for a week.
We configure, we don't code
Your store, assistant and CRM are built from templates we already own and already run in production. Your business goes into a configuration file — branding, languages, your six facts, your lead fields. Nothing is written from scratch, which is why this takes hours instead of weeks.
We test it as a customer would
Mobile, desktop, checkout, a real test order, and a real conversation with the assistant to check it never invents a price or a promise. We break it before you do.
You get it live, with a walkthrough video
A short screen recording showing what we built and how to change the things you'll want to change. Yours to keep, and to send to whoever joins your team next.
Then we keep running it
If you're on a Run plan, this is where the real work starts: we maintain it, tune the assistant from real conversations every month, and you get included hours for changes. You don't touch anything technical again.
Live in 24–48 hours, or you don't pay for the setup
24 hours for a Starter store, the Lead Engine or the AI Assistant. 48 hours for a Growth store or the full Growth Stack. Miss it and your setup fee is refunded in full — or if your setup was already free, your first month is on us. The clock starts when you've sent the four things above, so the fastest thing you can do is send them promptly.
The questions people actually ask
Because agencies bill by the hour and build from nothing each time — slow is profitable for them. We sell the same system repeatedly and own the code, so setting you up is configuration, not construction. The trade-off is honest: you get something proven quickly rather than something bespoke slowly. If you need a one-off custom platform, we're the wrong company.
Tell us and we'll change it — every plan includes revision rounds, and Run plans include hours every month for changes. Before work begins you can cancel for a full refund. Once we've built it, the work is billed as delivered. Full detail in our Refund Policy.
You own your content, your data and your Shopify store — always, and we'll export everything on request. The CRM and AI assistant are our software, licensed to you for as long as you subscribe. That's exactly why setup costs a few hundred pounds instead of tens of thousands. See Terms, clause 6.
Nothing is lost. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you and restarts when your materials arrive. We won't quietly deprioritise you — but we also can't hit 24 hours on information we don't have.
It can only state facts you gave us and items in your live catalogue. Asked anything else, it says it doesn't know and passes the person to you — deliberately, because one confident wrong answer costs you a customer. It never quotes a price it can't see, never promises a delivery date, and never gives legal, medical or financial advice.
Service runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and we export your CRM data to a spreadsheet free of charge for 60 days afterwards. If your setup fee was waived in exchange for a 6-month commitment and you leave early, that waived fee becomes payable — it's stated up front on the pricing page and in Terms, clause 4b.
